SeoulComix Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy in order to protect users' personal information and to handle personal information–related matters promptly and smoothly, in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and other relevant laws.
This Privacy Policy is disclosed through the initial screen of the Service so that users may review it easily at any time, and may be revised in line with changes to relevant laws, guidelines, public notices, or mimitable service policies.
The Company collects users' personal information for the purposes set out below. Collected personal information is not used for any purpose other than those specified, and where the purpose of use changes, the Company shall follow the necessary procedures, including obtaining separate consent, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

(5) The Company may use all personal information and automatically collected information gathered for the purposes of member management, prevention of unlawful and fraudulent use, statistics and analysis of service usage records, service improvement, and development of new services.
(6) Users have the right to refuse consent. However, because the above constitutes the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service, use of the Service will be restricted if consent is refused.
The Company uses users' personal information only within the scope specified in the purposes of collection and use, and does not use it beyond that scope or provide it to third parties without the user's prior consent. However, where it is necessary to share a user's personal information with a partner in order to provide a higher standard of service, as set out below, the Company shall notify Members of the recipient, the purpose of provision, the items of information provided, and the use and retention period, and obtain their consent. Cases falling under relevant laws are treated as exceptions.
